1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create a customer, Sales Representative, or staff account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely and never in plain text).
Consultation and project information. When you book a consultation or work with us on a project, we collect the details you provide — project requirements, questionnaire responses, and any files, messages, or updates exchanged through your project dashboard.
Files. You may upload files directly, or connect a file from your own Google Drive using our Drive file picker. When you select a file from Google Drive, we store only the file's name, a reference ID, a link to the file, its type, and its size — we do not access, copy, or store the contents of files in your Drive beyond what you explicitly select, and we do not have general access to your Google Drive account.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain records of transaction amounts, dates, and status for your project's payment history.
Communications. We retain messages, project updates, and support tickets exchanged through the platform so we can provide and improve our Services.
Referral and commission information. If you participate in our Sales Representative program, we collect information needed to track referrals, deals, and commission payouts, including payout details processed through Stripe Connect.
Usage and technical information. We collect standard technical information such as sign-in timestamps and device/browser information for security purposes (e.g., detecting suspicious login activity).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services (consultations, project management, contracts, payments, support)
- Communicate with you about your projects, appointments, and account
- Process payments and payouts
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve our Services
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third-party services to operate Lewcore. Each processes certain information on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — Database hosting, authentication
- Stripe — Payment processing and Sales Representative payouts
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- Google — Drive file picker integration (file metadata only, for files you explicitly select)
- Cloudflare — Security (bot/spam protection via Turnstile), hosting infrastructure
- Vercel — Website hosting
4. Google Drive Integration — Additional Detail
When you choose to attach a file from Google Drive to your project, our application uses Google's file picker to let you select a file directly from your own Drive. We only receive and store the file's name, Google Drive file ID, a link to the file, its file type, and its size — solely for the file(s) you explicitly select. We do not access, view, or store the contents of any other files in your Google Drive, and we do not have general access to your Drive beyond the specific file(s) you choose to share through this feature.
This data is used only to display the file within your project workspace and to let you and authorized project staff access it. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate this feature.
You can revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes (for example, records of completed payments).
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage, access controls limiting who can view your data, rate limiting and bot protection on sensitive actions, and multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to support security features (such as bot protection). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
